Both of us are registered in HTML and XHTML, and we're avid in using CSS in conjunction with XHTML to make the most web-standardized page on the net. Here is a little list of some of the coding/tools that we use to make websites:

Here's a list of starting prices for all of our services. Prices will range on a wide variety of different things, from amount of pages, how many custom graphics, and difficulty of getting it done. This will just give you a good idea on some starting prices. 

Website with pre-made template:
1-5 pages, 1 RSS - $35
5-10 pages, 3 RSS, 1 News Syndication - $75
Custom website with new XHTML and CSS Template (also depends on
specifications):
1-15 pages, 5 RSS, 3 News Syndication, 2 Blogs, 1 Forum - $200
15-30 pages, 10 RSS, 5 News Syndication, 5 Blogs, 3 Forum - $400
Installation of applications on a web server:
Wordpress blog - $20*
Flatpress blog - $20*
phpBB3 Forum - $20*
MyBB Forum - $20*

SMF Forum - $20*
Joomla - $25
Drupal - $25
* - means amount of money per installation (ex: it costs 20$ for one
installation, it will cost $40 for two).
